Delete account

You can delete your EasyAds account at any time, from the app or the website, or by email request. This page explains how, what is deleted and what is kept

1. 1.Delete from inside the account

   Open Settings (easyads.top/en/app/settings), scroll to Delete account, type the account email to confirm and press the button. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone

2. 2.Delete by email request

   If you cannot access the account, send a request from the registered email address to office@haidigital.co.il with the subject: Delete EasyAds account. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days

3. 3.What is deleted

   Profile details (name, phone, country), the email address, the login including Google sign-in, preferences and notifications. Unused wallet balance is forfeited on deletion, so use it beforehand

4. 4.What is kept and for how long

   Records of payments and campaigns that ran are kept anonymously, without a name or contact details, for up to seven years for accounting purposes as required by law. An account cannot be deleted while a campaign is active or in review, stop it first
